Ike Jericho Adonis (aka Ixa) is an Afrikaans rapper, songwriter, music producer, and DJ from Walvis Bay, Namibia.

Although his music is classified as hip-hop in the industry, he calls it “hip-hoop.” “It may sound strange to some,” he explains, “but I believe God saved me through music. Hip-hop gave me hope.”

With his sharp-witted, motivational words—not only in his music but also through his social media platforms—he hopes to positively influence his followers.

Throughout his musical career so far, he has had the opportunity to perform in the Netherlands and share the stage with South African heavyweights HemelBesem and Early B.

Since 2024, Ixa has been part of the ATKV Crescendo family as Namibia’s talent scout, and this year, he is also serving as a mentor to guide the finalists during the mentorship programme.
